Strategic Planning Survey

The Round Top Family Library is conducting a Strategic Plan update in 2024. We update our strategic plan every 3-4 years. The plan communicates our desired future state, approximately three years forward, regarding our mission, patrons, services, staff, leadership, facilities, and finances. It also delivers a well-organized set of goals and objectives intended to bring us to that desired future state.

An essential early step in the process is to take stock and assess our current state, based on the input from internal and external stakeholders. We value your input!

The first step is the survey below to gather your opinions. Our testing indicates it should take about XX-XX minutes to complete. The results will allow us to design focus group meetings that will enable us to dialogue with our stakeholders, explore opportunities to better serve our community, and identify threats to our success that we must recognize or address.
